it sounds bad, dear….. to me, it seems you got the double whammy of both mosaic virus and boytrytis…. sounds just like what infected one of my roses recently….ya might look up the boytrytis for pics…..

An employee with bipolar disorder is not grounds to collect unemployment if you quit voluntarily.

Spiders are not a hazard that you can collect unemployment for either and I don’t believe you have any poisonous spiders in Wisconsin anyway. Also if they smoke in the office I’m willing to be that they’re been smoking in the office for the 2 years you’ve been working there. You can’t use that as a reason to quit and hope to collect unemployment now.

I also love Kratom, my other favorite herb; it’s like opium, but legal. http://www.Kratom.md sells some trippy shiet! It’s drunk as tea. It has to boil for it to work. Pill capsule won’t work.

I bought something I don’t remember what the name was but it was from Hawaii (this was in like 2006) They claimed it was a legal high. But it didn’t work we mixed it a few times because it doesn’t smell like the real stuff but looks like it and we stretched the real stuff a little longer.

EDIT: Kava Kava is an herbal remedy I found for bipolar disorder also. Are you sure that is what it was?

Occasionally you can quit and still collect unemployment (I am also in WI). I did but my boss was requiring me to do something illegal….. they call it a “quit with cause”. Can you go over yoru boss’s head to his boss? Or the owner of the company? I would like to ask though that you do not refer to this man as Bipolar because his behavior is not Bipolar disorder. The moods in bipolar last for weeks or months and do not change instantly. This man has a bad temper, not Bipolar. I am Bipolar and I have been at my job for 5 years and no one here even knows…. I told one person and she dooesn;t believe me (Yes, I am diagnosed with Bipolar 1 w/ psychosis, the most severe type, and I am on multiple meds)… so just do me a favor and do not use Bipolar to describe an a$$hole….. it is a legitimate disorder but the term Bipolar has become derogatory…. Back to your situation…. If youhave told your boss that this guys behavior is causing anxiety in the office and you are scared to come to work, and IF he says “tough”, and IF you develop an anxiety disorder or depression because of it then you can go to a doctor and go out on workers comp. Yep, you can. If a situation at work causes an illness either mental or physical then thney have to contimue to pay you while you sit at home….. Oh and the smokign in the office is illegal… call the DOL. In fact, call the DOL about all of it….. 312-353-2220 is the OSHA office in Chicago which is for our region….. The mold, mice droppings, and smoking are all health and safety issues…. An OSHA inspection should fix that up and the OSHA office can tell you what to do legally about the felon who works there.

First of all, many weapons are legal to own, so your first argument is wrong.

Your second, while it may be correct, has no basis in law. There is no law that gives you the right to use natural materials. None. Nowhere in the Constitution or even in recognized international human rights conventions. On the contrary, international law bans many substances, including your herbs and fungi. Therefore, the government has a total right to ban it, regulate it, or ignore it.
